Hi all. I've been jumping on this site for a while now. Guess I should introduce myself. My name is Anita Coulton. I'm originally from PA (Harrisburg area), I'm currently residing in NJ. (I'll never be FROM NJ) Been fly fishing for the last 12 years or so. I've been a competitve athlete for 20 years or so......Looking to get my "feet wet" in the competitive fly fishing arena. This site has been very helpful, offering great tips. I'm eager to learn all that I can. Thanks for all the great info! It's nice to see the competitive side of this sport grow.

I was a short track speedskater.....flyfishing isn't nearly as exhausting....

Hi! When I saw the title of the post, it reminded me of the Springsteen album cover:

That short track speed skating stuff is pretty fun to watch during the Olympics, it looks harder to go fast within the tight confines of the track.

It's hard to appreciate just how fast that sport is unless you see it in person.....tv does it no justice at all....Speed is an addiction much like fishing....I was bitten at an early age, and still suffer the affliction....
