Hello all,
Some of you may already know me from the TPO board. To those who do not I am a novice FF from the state of New Jersey. I'm here to soak up what I can to improve my technique. I hope to also contribute in some form or another.
I have been fly fishing for a little over a year now not counting the time I used to go with my father when I was a kid. With the influence of TPO and the hands on guidence of my friends Chris and Nick (both are members here) I got into Euro-Nymphing heavily this past season spending a lot of time catching and releasing the wild browns from the 2 nearby creeks. In fact, I spent so much time fishing I wore out the toe n my waders. I also bgan tying flies and have had huge success with some easy patterns I learned from watching vidoes at TPO and creekaddict.com.
You'll probably see a lot of me on here because if I am not fishing or tying, I'm online. That's all for post #1

Welcome aboard Chris! Don't let his novice comment fool you guys Chris or Lopat as we call him cleans up out there and has to be the most dedicated fisherman I know.
