down deep in a hurry
size 6 your favorite caddis hook
abdomen- chartreuse and olive uni yarn
bead- spirit river black tungsten 3.3 mm
collar- black sowbug dub
.30 lead wrapped all the way to the bead
 Still haven't mastered the weave but this fly is responsible for sticking massive trout

That's a freaking killer shot and the weave looks great.  The uni yarn looks buggier upclose than I have seen with the naked eye.  Very cool.

Few questions:

ARe you tying it in other colors?

What lens(S) and lighting are you using?

50 mm macro, 2 mono strobes one with a soft box the other with barn doors. I tie it in brown/olive as well.

It is really hard, I have to tie a couple befor I can even come close to getting it right. It really sucks when you lose these flies too.

yeah that is why i am more of a fan of the standard Czech Caddis they are a lot easier to tie.

Once I get rolling the weaves come start flowing pretty well, but it seems like I forget how to do it every time. 

Uniyarn is one of the best/easiest, but many different types of yarn will do the job.  Wire actually makes a very cool woven body too.

I have a hard time with my wire breaking. They make cool looking bodies if you'll wrap some dubbing underneath and then space your wire out just a tad so that it leaves gaps for the dubbing to poke through.
